We have scored games on 2 different devices. I would like to combined the information onto one device or sync it to my iscorebaseball.com team site. Is that possible? We did sharing the data among the 2 devices however we did not map the team and players.

Please help.

Please read the FAQ viewtopic.php?f=3&t=1307" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; for more info.

assuming you have scored some games on two or more different devices, You are correct, you need to share AND map all the data (Game, Team and players) to one device, and that device must be the one you set up your team web site from for it to update the team web site with the combined data. for purposes here, We will call that device your team 'master device'. we will call the other device(s) the "secondary device".

Normally it is easiest to share data and Map it at the same time from secondary device to master device. . (see FAQ link above). but If for some reason, you have already "shared" all the games from your 'secondary device' to your 'master device' but did not map the teams, and players at that time.. you should now have duplicate player names and duplicate team names on your master device. you can still acomplish the "mapping function" by using the "merge" button on the bottom left of player manager and team manager screens o your master device..

before you do the merge .. on your master device, I suggest, you eanable all leagues to be sure you see all the games, players, and teams. by going to "league manager" and set "all" to on
..
I would then merge teams and follow up with merge players, also make sure all the games you want are assignd the right leagues.

lastly, after merging teams, players, and assigning games to correct leagues, .. don't forget to export your data (options export) to update your team web site
