We would first like to give props to the Bears who displayed the possibilities using Wix.com. We couldn't have built our site without their example. We are just getting into iscore and love it. Can't wait to contribute around here. Thanks for the amazing product.

Jas- very cool website. Your kids and parents should be proud.

How do publish the Wix site to iScore?

Thanks
What I did was when you finish your wix sight you click their publish button. When it does that a screen comes up with a Congratulations screen. In the bottom left there is an "embed" button. Just click on that and you can copy your code. Take that to the edit screen on your iscore home page and click the html button. All you have to do is delete what is in there and paste what they give you.
I havn't got into updating anything else except the front page. Wix was so easy, it only took a couple hours work to get it decent. Then you can easily go back and tweak it some more. I still have a lot of updates to make with pics.

I see that this is an old post so you probably already have it working but thought it might help someone else.

Thanks for the great site here for iscore. Just getting into it myself and it is so easy it is hard to believe.

Thanks Wazzy. Actually I just posted my question today. I have created a Wix site fairly easily but wasn't sure how to publish. I'll try your suggestion.

Cheers

A question regarding wix.com:

I created a "carousel" of photos that I want to put on my iscorebaseball homepage. I embedded the wix code onto my iscore homepage but it isn't working. Is this because I need to pay wix for a premium membership or am I doing something wrong?

Thanks!

I figured it out...I needed to add the embedded code directly in html (I should have read Jas's post more carefully!)

Thanks!

nice pics

FYI - you can embed your customer id in the link "click for live games" to eliminate a step for users if you want..
iscorecast syntax
Flash version - http://data.iscorecentral.com/iscorecas ... xxxxxxxxxx
Non flash version - http://data.iscorecentral.com/iscorecas ... xxxxxxxxxx

where xxxxxxxxxx = your device id.

For anyone that doesn't know, there are some shortcuts on the iscorecast links as well:

http://iscorecast.com/?c=xxxxxx" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; (flash version)

http://iscorecast.com/html.php?c=xxxxxx" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; (HTML version)

and on any of the links where it expects a customer ID, if you have a team website, people can put in the name of the team website ("edge9u" in your case) instead of having to remember a customer ID.

SOmeone here gave out the idea of using wix.com for building a web site and then embedding that into the home page of the iscore home page.
Loved the idea and really quite easy to do. thanks for your original posting.
Here is a link to our website. took about two hours to figure out from scratch.
