Merging two players into 1

I was not aware that one of our players (a JV call up) was not on teh roster and that the player who has been doing the iphone app entry just entered him manually both times he pitched. The result is two players (both him) with the same name on our stats. Is there a way to combine them into the one player he is?

Go to player manager
Bottom left is merge
choose your player on the left and choose the 2nd same player on the right. Presto he becomes one.

this feature is exacty what you want coach..it will merge the stats also.
so far it has worked like a charm for me. no issues. .

FYI it came out in the "data shareing" update (what is that, 3 updates ago.... stats, espn, data sharing... wow)
