It should handle special characters just fine. We have many people scoring with international characters.

Thank you for your response.

When I entered the Roster in the Admin portal then imported it to the app, the special characters ended up coming incorrectly. In addition, (after fixing them on the app) the export PDF file also has these errors.

I have a couple of examples but can't see to find a way to post attachments for you to view, is there a way I can provide you with this for your review? Or do you want me admin ID to see?

(Sorry, I am scoring MLB games but wanted to try it out before purchasing the 19.99 add-on for Rosters.)

Thank you,

The PDF scorecard is the one place they are not fully supported because of the fonts required to render them. There is not just a "UTF-8" font that can display all characters so unfortunately we are limited in the PDF to the characters supported by the font used in the PDF.
