League Question

Post by VoodooK » Sat May 12, 2018 8:42 am

I have a league for each year going back to 2015. I have all the leagues enabled so that I can see the cumulative stats on the player card on the main scoring screen. However I’ve noticed that stats for 2018 games are being recorded under all of the enabled leagues the player is a part of, despite the game only being assigned to the 2018 league. Is that the expected behavior? I thought game stats are only associated with the assigned league, regardless of what leagues the player belongs to.

Stats are only accumulated in the league the game is assigned to. If you have the game only assigned to a single league, that is the only league the stats would calculate in. When viewing stats, the stats will be displayed for all currently visible leagues by default.

From main scoring screen you would be seeing a players lifetime cumulative stats for all leagues enabled. To limit to just 2018 games, enable only 2018 league.

It must be some kind of bug then. I just deleted and recreated the game to be sure. For instance I had one player strike out and it added the strikeout to his stats for all four leagues on the player card you can see from clicking on the player in the lineup, despite the game only being assigned to the 2018 league.

Just to reiterate, I have all leagues marked as active so I can see stats. I create the game and by default it assigns it to all active leagues, which I then before the game starts I go to the game options and change it so that only the 2018 league is selected.

1) what device are you using, iPad or Android . what tablet and what version of iscore app?

2) please describe in Key stroke sequence what you mean by
before the game starts I go to the game options and change it so that only the 2018 league is selected.

I assume, Game Manager > Selected Game > League > Only 2018 League enabled
(but please verify all other Leagues including the special ALL league are un assigned to the game)

3) Before scoring the game, under League Manager what leagues are enabled ?

1) iPad 2 app version 5.108
2) You got it. I create the game which takes me to the main game manager screen. I click on the game I just created, which gives me the game options. I click Leagues and deselect the other active leagues so that only the 2018 league is checked.
3) I have the 2015, 2016, 2017, and 2018 leagues enabled
