From 4pm-9pm Eastern the Tweets were very slow to send. Does the twittercast run thru the iScore server before going out? I scored a double-header and the tweets had huge delays until after approx. 9pm.

Tweets go directly from your device to Twitter, so any delays would be on the Twitter service, not the iScore servers.
