This is really a silly question, but I'm not doing anything else right now.

Should a pitch-out be recorded as an intentional ball? I've always only used intentional ball when they were leading up to an intentional walk. But a pitch-out is a ball and it's certainly intentional. So...how should I record one?

Seems like a good use of intentional ball. You can add a note indicating it was a pitch out if you want to capture that fact.
