I have always used my iscorecast Email game link button to post on my Facebook page for parents to follow our baseball game. This season it is not working or emailing the link. Is there something I need to do to make this work again?
I am using an Ipad Pro if this makes a difference.

Be sure you are on the most recent version of iScore and be sure you actually have the mail application set up on the iPad so it can send/receive emails.

For iOS the most current version is 5.105

As support said, iscore leverages apples built in mail program. You must have mail configured to work for "email game link" to work

That said, There are at least three ways to intiate 'email game link', and i found two work and one does not. ( @support take note).


From the "game info" page, scroll down and near bottom is "email game link" . It will launch apple mail program with game link in the message body.

From the main scoring screen ,in 'misc menu' scroll down list of options and you will find "email game link". It too should launch your mail program

from main scoring screen, tap radio tower icon, but then tapping 'email game link' does not work

I cannot email the game link from any of the 3 options. The radio tower/ email game link option on the main screen that I usually use does nothing at all. The other two options let me email the Invitation but the browser says it can't open the link because it's an invalid address. It wants the user to download the app but we've never had to do that before, we could always view in the browser of our phone just fine. Can these things be fixed? I really need to send out the game link to parents who cannot attend.

I use an iPhone and am on version 5.108. This is my first game since last October so not sure when it stopped working.

You need to have email configured on your device. We used to send emails using our web server instead of the email client, but this caused emails to bounce / get put in SPAM folders for many users, so we now rely on the device to send the emails.

To view scorecast on a mobile device, the user now needs the iscore central viewing app. The web site url version is now only for computers.
