Yes, you can transfer data between the iPhone or iPod Touch and the iPad, but it requires using the sharing over internet option described above. You can not use Bluetooth because the iPhone and iPad versions of the application are two separate applications, and the Bluetooth code being used only allows applications with the same "Application ID" to connect to each other. You can use Bluetooth to share from iPhone -> iPhone, from iPhone->iPod Touch (or vice versa), and from iPad->iPad, but you can not share from iPhone/iPod -> iPad over Bluetooth.
Is this still the case now in 2015 for iOS? I know there are technically still two apps, but one of them Universal (with the other being iPhone only). This text was written in 2009 according to the forums, is it still applicable?

You can use bluetooth to transfer between any iOS devices that are running iOS7 and newer. Apple made some changes to bluetooth that made it no longer work seamlessly between older versions of IOS. You can transfer between the iPhone and Universal versions with bluetooth as well.

In order to transfer on Android devices, it does still require the internet data sharing option.

How do I get the games from data.iscorecntral to import the games into my device again? I accidentally pressed on import instead of export on my device and all my data that was in the website previously deleted the newest games, but they show up on the data website.

Options -> Import imports the data from the Admin Website to your device overwriting whatever is on your device (and you get a message warning that this will happen).

Options -> Export exports the data from your device to the Admin Website overwriting whatever is currently there.

If you scored a game and it was broadcast to iscorecast and before you exported it to Admin web site, it could be missing when you accidentally did the import.. If you see the game on iscorecast... you can retrieve it by Options > Data Shareing > get from Web > and use sc:xxxxxxxx where xxxx is your device Id

That is the iScorecast page, and using the suggestion from OhioTex would allow you to recover any games from that location.

Ok did that and got most of the games. Still showing a few games that are on scorecast that have yet to be played but they were played in November. Is there to upload the stats from the csv files I sent out at the end of the fall?

Where you are entering the "sc:", try change it to "sync:" and it will find games on the "Sync" server which may have the remainder of your games.
