Re: Data Sharing - FAQ
I imported a game from another device. It does not show up on that teams games played.

Re: Data Sharing - FAQ
It sounds like you probably did not map it to the team that already existed on your device. Go to League Manager and make sure the ALL league is turned on. Then to go Team Manager and you will likely see the team listed twice. You can use the Merge option to combine the teams back into one so the combined stats will show.

TIP: What is Data Sharing and how to use?
I found out what happened.
When I imported the game, it put in under the wrong team. Is there a way to move it to the correct team.

Re: Data Sharing - FAQ
If you do an Options -> Export and email your customer ID and which team it is to support@iscoresports.com, we can remove the mapping to the wrong team you selected, and you can then delete and reimport the game and it will ask you to map the team again.

Re: Data Sharing - FAQ
Just got an new LG Tablet.
I bought the Iscore for it and I am currently importing 4 years of games into it.
Is there a way to have it import everything at once and not have to do it game by game.

Re: Data Sharing - FAQ
there is an issue I'm running into from time to time. I have twelve teams in my league, as previously stated and we are up to seven teams now using Iscore. The problem is when teams do a quick lineup (Player 1, Player 2 etc). When I go to data share their data to my device which is the master device for the League, Player 1 is already mapped and to the wrong player, Player 2 etc. Is there a chance you could make an exception to the unmapping rule in the case of these quick lineups? Because Player 1 can change every time that teams plays a team I've mapped prevously. Clear as mud?

Re: Data Sharing - FAQ
Every time a roster is generated with a quick roster, the underlying IDs for the players that are generated are unique. If your scorekeepers are re-using those players from game to game as different players, you are not going to be able to map them to different players on your master device. They should be generating new players for each team.
The best way to handle a "league" of players with a master device would be for you as the master to create all the teams in the league, and let the scorekeepers Discover the teams from your account. Then you will not have to worry about mapping players from scorekeepers that may not be as experienced as you, or that may not be managing the players correctly.

Re: Data Sharing - FAQ
I have not done a lot of data sharing. Can you data share scheduled games (teams, rosters, etc all setup) to someone, they score the games, and then they data share them back after the games have been scored?
