If they do not show up using "sync:" or with "sc:", then we do not have a copy of the games on the server. You can create a fake game, and use manual overrides to enter the stats for those games.

Re: Data Sharing - FAQ

I bought a new device but registered under a different email than the previous device (team email changed & forgot the golden rule that I had to register under the same email).

I haven't yet created my admin website.

How can I fix this?

Can I delete the app and re-register? Or is this something that needs to be done by FTM Admin/Support?

Create your admin website, then log in to it, and from there click the Account tab, then click your customer ID in the middle of the screen, and it will let you "unregister". You can then re-register with the email you want to use.

Am I better to....
Option 1:
unregister the old device - and re-register it with the new email (and then share devices)?

Option 2:
Or should I register the new device to the old email?

So long as I have exported everything - I can't go wrong either way, as I'll be able to import it onto either device - correct?

Either one will work fine.

I am using a tablet to keep the book. I simply want the same info on my phone and i have on my tablet. when performing the data share, i am not polling the info from the tablet. i have done an export. my phone is not showing the same leagues or teams. i have just completed the first 2 games of the season on the table and have exported. these are not showing up on as an option when trying to perform the data share. any help would be appreciated.

The steps at the following link describe exactly how to do the data sharing between devices. If you have already done a share of the games prior to scoring the game, you will need to remove the game from the device you are trying to transfer to as it will only show games that do not already exist on the device:

Thanks. That worked. Seems it would make more sense that any changes to existing data would show up as a new game. in addition, I think it would be more convienent to have some way of having a license so that one could use multiple devices per iscore app download. syncable between devices. just my two cents. just started using the app and really like it. learning curve but doesn't take long to get the hang of it.

I'm trying to import some old games from another iPad and I can't map the team or the players, they are checked and it won't let me uncheck them. How can I change the mapping?

You can not change the mapping for players because that would allow the creation of players mapping to multiple players which could lead to many problems.
