We have our prototype working great, but still do not have production units available. If you are on the waiting list from emailing support@iscoresports.com, we will notify you when they do become available.

Any of the Stalker guns that support serial (RS-232) output.

I'm trying to transfer all of my data from an IPod 4th Gen to an IPhone 5s. I know how to data share, but every time I try to export from the options screen it crashes the app on the IPod.

Note: I suppose I'm not the typical iScore user as I've scored upwards of 4,000 games on the IPod. I'm assuming this is why the app crashes upon export, but I'm wondering if there is a more stable way for me to transfer all of the data at once. Exporting each game individually, as you might imagine, would be painstaking

Here is the way to transfer all the games at once --- it does require being able to export however:

Try doing a hard reset of your device (press and hold Power and Home button until the Apple logo appears and the device resets), then try doing the export.

The only way to transfer data without an export is using the Bluetooth transfer option, but it is one game at a time.

what version iscore? (and iPod)

roughly how long had it been since you last successfully exported? .. the recommended practice is to Option Export after very scored game so if of no other reason is to have a back up in case devices are lost.

another avenue. any chance you scored all your games with iscorecast on and connected to internet.. the score cast server would have backups too.

Version 4.44 on both devices, IPod 4th Gen. I've never exported from the iPod because it never occurred to me that I might want to do so until about a year ago. I've only iscorecast about 290 of the games

If you email your customer ID to support@iscoresports.com and a quick reminder of what you are trying to do, we can check our server for your data ... it is possible "sync files" have been created for all of your data as well.
