OK that makes sense that the one password is just associated with the e-mail address. Couldn't get it to work with any of the device ID's to get to the admin website. I will try to get this done (steps 4-8) tonight and we should be good then. My thought was to eventually just have my daughter download iscore to her phone and then I'd share all her games with her that way. And she could do what she wants with the data I created over the last 7 years.

Got it done! At first glance all appears in order! Thanks OhioTex. I will say there is certainly a different appearance to the iphone version than the android. It will be fun and maybe challenging to explore this app on the iphone. Also they do a great job of warning you about overwriting the data on the phone you are copying too. WOW. I was almost scared to do it even though I knew there wasn't any data on the new phone to lose! Interesting I did notice that my Admin website password changed to the password from my drowned android and now copied to my new phone. Has the customer ID for the new phone but I'm pretty sure the password from the old phone. i know it is not the password originally assigned to my new phone's ID when I downloaded the app on it this morning. Thanks again.

The blue look and feel is a bit startling at first, but i think you will find - it is very familiar ..

One thing I did notice already is all the team colors that I so meticulously tried to copy correctly into iscore on the android did not transfer over to the new iphone with the data! All the team colors are in various shades of red to pink it appears. Oh well, it will give me something to do to go back and try to recopy the team colors while I am watching college football on TV. With iphone can you assign two colors instead of just one?

Only one team color in team manager on iPhone.
Only one team color on admin web site.

On admin web site, under team tab, you can see color and enter by hexcode. I am surprised team color did not remain the same in your transfer. On the admin web site, account tab- you could switch over to your old phone account and go through your teams and write down each team color hex code. then on iphone option > export to update uiur admin web site . Then on admin web site switch over to new phone account, update each team color to match by hex code. Then option > import the updated data back to iphone

Well this just gets curious er. All three phones seem to have the same "hex code" numbers listed for each team when I look back and forth on the admin website between my 3 devices. And for at least my daughter's college team that number is the one listed as the team color when i look it up on the new iphone. So I'm not sure I have any correct "hex codes" on the admin website anymore for some reason. What color is FFOCB? that is the one listed for my daughter's college team and it is supposed to be black! Instead it is neon red! Not a big deal but just is one of those weird technology things that I seem to frequently run into.

HTML color hexcodes are 6 digits. ( FFOCB is missing a character on your school color question)

Example
000000 = black
FFFFFF = white

You can google any number of web sites to let you pick colors and get html codes

The FFOCB was what was displayed in the color box on the app. when I go to the website it says ff0c0b0b which is 8 digits. Looking at some of the other teams there colors have 8 digits and all begin ff. One was ff976508 another was ff4a0803 and the third I checked was ff43o46d. What is the deal with everything starting appearing to start with ff? and then apparently having 6 digits behind it? Now I have about 100 different teams and I haven't looked at each one yet and I can look at a few more waiting for a reply (as I am trying to see if we can set a record for most pages with only two people participating in a topic), but I think support needs to look at what might have occurred between me exporting middle of October my old phone before it drowned and when I transferred that data to my new phone yesterday, because the hex codes have changed on all the teams. Again the data is there and is still sitting on the admin website so I am not overly concerned but isn't it weird that the team colors got messed up? I will also look for the web sites to see about picking colors to eventually go about getting them changed back.

I would not expect support to prioritize this, as it is not core to the app functionality and you can pick your colors in the app. Plus it is easy to change/trouble shoot if you want on web. You can use the web to pick your colors by code and then option > import.

Google a html picker and you can get and test colors

0C0B0B Is Black

Stick to 6 digits..

(Ignore or remove the leading ff Or leading # )

Here is my plan. I've changed the color of my daughter's college team back to black on my phone. I am going to do an export and see if that shows up on the admin website for my new phones iscore customer ID. If so then I will go and edit the ff that precedes the other 6 digits in the teams I have and then do an import. (probably try it first on a just a few teams and see what happens before I do all of them.) Any problems with doing that? I figure all the data is still there on the ID for my old phone on the admin website.
