I paid for the MLB add on. But it does not seem to be working.

I am not receiving game lineups, charts and I get no game data.

Also, you webpage says it $19.99 and I was charged $30.99.

Responded to this in the other thread you posted in. Here is a link that describes using the MLB Add On:

You can get the game lineups by discovering a game, then when you begin scoring the game the lineup screen will appear and there will be a Sync button.

Guessing maybe you are not in the US if you were charged 30.99, and that is the conversion rate from USD $19.99 to whatever your country's currency is.
