Twitter cast not working (support confirmed "api broken", future.fix)

Postby Mlandvick » Thu Jul 13, 2017 10:29 pm

I cannot get Twitter cast to recognize my twitter account. It keeps giving ,e the message verify your user name and password and try again. I am entering my twitter account exactly as it is set up. I had Twitter cast working with my personal account and when I switched to the new team account it will not verify. I tried going back to my personal and it won't verify that either.

Help please

Yes, it looks like Twitter has stopped supporting the API version we are using. We will have to get this working again in a future update.

Has this been corrected in an updated version yet?

No yet. In the meantime, the iScorecasts are a great option that actually provide more detail than the Twittercasts.
