Syncing Error (responded, pending user response back if any)

Getting up to 75% and then getting a Java.lang exception and it won't sync up for iscorecast

What kind of device and what version of iscore?

Is this one or two issues?

what are keystroke are you doing that produces "75%" (guessing Option > Export) ?
  • Some very very large databases have had time out issues,, roughly, how many games do you have?
    My option export is working find
what key strokes are you doing , when you say" will not sync up for iscorecast" - (guessing Game Manager > Game > iscorecast synchronize )
  • Is it giving you an error message or spinning and no message
    I am getting a "transmission Failed " message on iscorecast on iOS

I have v 4.51.329 on a Galaxy Tablet E. It's on the att network. I'm trying to sync games for iscorecast

Deleted app and forgot it doesn't let you import so it gave me the same customer id but can't import the game so had to create new one and it still didn't let me sync with iscorecast. Now am worried about what will happen once I score this game

What ? removed the app. You should be able to OPTION > IMPORT as long as you have the password correct

there is a way to force a new customer ID if you want . (but I would have to research and respond by email)

I am able to OPTION > DATA SHARE > GET FROM WEB DATA BASE > userID password. (pulls from Option > Export admin server)
(i.e. You can also retrieve using "SC:userID" ( i.e. SC: in front to pull from scorecast server or try sync:userID to pull from dat sync server)

Sync should be working now. Our scorecast server ran out of disk space but should have plenty available now. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Really wish the import would work on data or even hot spot. Games>under options>iscorecast synchronize. It finally did it in the 6th inning. Now I have 1 game scored on the tablet bc I deleted the app and reinstalled it. How do it get the data synced up with the other 23 games? Made the roster based off number.

Deleted the app bc I was getting frustrated and thought it would help

I still do not think the HOT spot issue is iscore fault. but some how your provider and i do not know why...

there was a scorecast server error today as support noted.



to retrieve and replace entire database from admin server (Option > Import)

to retrieve a game

Option > Data share > get from web data base > user id and password. (this pulls from your last option export, the admin server)

or Option > Data share > get from web data base > user id with sc: in front of it (e.g. SC:123456789) and password. (pulls from scorecast server)

or Option > Data share > get from web data base > user id with sync: in front of it (e.g. Sync:123456789) and password. (pulls from synchro server)
