MLB Subscription Issues (resolved)

I have been using iscore for a week or so and it was working fine. bought the mlb package it was working as well. an issue with the ipad caused me to have to restore it. once i got it restored here are the issues with iscore...

1. which version of the app do i download faster than monkeys or the sports illustrated one?
2. When i run the app, i can sync the mlb data. all the teams appear but there are no players in any of the teams
3. when i create a game, it asks me if i want to create a quick roster. when i click sync nothing happens no players
4. what user name and password do i use at the adds on screen to be able to sync data with my iphone

1. The two versions are the same and only show as two separate versions because of limitations with Apple in combining them into a single app.
2. It sounds like you may have the MLB Leagues turned off. Try going to League Manager and either turn on the ALL league, or turn on the each of the MLB leagues.

4. To transfer data between devices, you will want to use either data sharing or the transfer data option. See the links below:

@rjherald.. i think there is an issue outside your control w MLB DATA, and iOS devices, that occured in last day or so- this is the second post related to it today . Why your #2 and #3 problems

@suppprt - leagues are not the issue.There is something else going on w MLB DATA not retrieving rosters. See related thread for more details
