Can not log into Admin site (answered)

When I try to log on to the admin site using the user ID and password listed on my device it tells me it is invalid. I am using an Android.

If this a new device/app and first time logging in, first do an " Option > Export" and then try logging in to my.iscorecentral.com .. with ID and password from (Option > Admin Website).

if not a new device, Try changing password and then try logging on again to my.iscorecentral.com

Let us know if you get in now

P.S> While logged into admin web site, don't forget to go to Account tab and register your device to an email address, this is great if ever misplace device ID
