Issue logging in to admin website on 2nd device (answered)

Hello,
I like to create games rosters and send links on my iPhone but then do the actual scoring on the iPad. But somehow I can nog log in to the admin website on the iPad even though I have registered both devices to same emailadress. I keep getting message invalid user Id or password.

Try logging in using the Customer ID and Password that is seen on the Options-> Admin Website screen.

Hi I am logging in on the data sharing tab in options but keep getting message invalid used ID or password. Have tried resetting password but same message. Same on other iPad so must be something with administrator account

just tried (10am eastern Saturday) and data sharing worked just fine ..

Unfortunately, the advice i have are the obvious, make sure connected to internet, and triple check the ID and password under Option > admin on target device. ( watch for confusing characters L and 1, zero and O' etc)

Also make sure the target device "option> exports" to make sure admin database up to date
