I am not sure i understand your question, please post back if i am missing the point...
iScore does not "run reports", iScore has game, player and team stats that can be displayed on screen and emailed.
(make sure you have enabled LOB and LOBi in settings on any stats page, under the gear icon)
In the stats, there is a LOB statistic that indicates the number of times a runner was stranded on base in a game.
Under team stats, you have the total LOB for team. You can also tell how many times each player was left on base, that adds up to the total LOB for a team.
there is also LOBi for times they left runners stranded.
