2 devices & Registered both with diff email addresses (answered)

Post by jcobb » Mon Feb 20, 2017 7:22 pm

I have two devices that have been registered with different email addresses. I have exported the data from the old device to the Iscore website. I would like to export that data to my new ipad that is registered with a different email address than the old device. Is this possible to do? I've been working on this for a week with no success. Please help asap!

When the devices are registered to different emails, you will want to use Data Sharing to transfer data between the devices. See this link:

Check out the new iScore Baseball documentation page!

The only way to do complete data base copy from old device to new device is if both devices are registered to the same email.
  • If you still have access to both devices, User ID and passwords, you can use the device ID and password to log into each device Admin site at my.iscorecentral.com. Go to account page and you can change email registration address. You un register and re register devices to a single common email using the "Account Page" on my.iscorecentral.com. (note: when changing registration email, check your email inbox for any confirmation emails you need to accept)

once registered (and accepted) to same email, make sure you do an Option > Export on Old device, then you can log into my.iscorecentral.com and use the "account > manage data" page to do a quick two click database copy from old to new device. then option > import back to your new device. This method however, will completely over write any information on the new device upon option > import. ( i.e. be very sure you want to do this as it erases any information on new device ) .

when done if you want to Re register to two emails you can on my.iscorecentral.com account page. (note: the registered email does not have to match your google or apple app store purchase email ID)
If you do not want to completely over write the database on the new device, then use Option > Data Shareing > Get from Web database as support described. Unfortunately, that may require more clicks as you will transfer data game by game.
