Bases Loaded w/ 3rd Out as Force on Fielders Choice

I had a situation this afternoon with 2 outs on the board, bases loaded, and a grounder to 2nd. The second baseman stepped on 2nd for the force-out to end the inning.
I thought that I'd scored it correctly as fielder's choice with force-out at 2nd, but I noticed later in the game (too late to correct by cycling through "undo") that the run from 3rd was scored in spite of the force-out at 2nd. I realize that it's not possible to edit this play b/c it would change the game results, but I'm not sure where I goofed up.
If I recall correctly, I showed it as batter hitting a single w/ "fielders choice" to 2nd, and then as the software queried status of each runner I showed "advanced by batter" for runners on 3rd and 2nd, then "force out" for runner at 1st, and "held up" safe at first for the batter. In looking back at pitch-by-pitch this sequence shows the run from 3rd scoring followed by the force at 2nd. Should I have shown runner at 3rd as having "held up", then either "advanced by batter" or "held up" for runner at 2nd, then as original "force out" for runner from 1st?
Thanks.
