Data not showing (answered, pending user follow up if needed)

Post by Amarrujo1 » Fri Nov 11, 2016 11:49 am

I recently changed my I-pad in for an Android device to score my games, now I can not see the entire starting line up on the left of both team, pitch count on pitchers and play by play on the main screen , I only see AT BAT, ON DECK and IN THE HOLE can't see #4,5,6 etc batters and no more pitch by pitch, Does this change by going to an Android device ?

Depends on your device size,

Check screen mode in options

From user manual
options> Screen Mode

On Android Tablet devices, there is an option to select between Small and Large screen mode. Small mode is intended for phone devices, and Large mode is what you would typically use for larger tablet devices.

This option is available on Android devices because on Android, there is a lot of variation from device to device, and the line is being blurred between what a “tablet” device is and what a “phone size” device is. Android tablets have many different sizes, and even two tablets that are the same size may have different resolutions, or in extreme cases, they have the same physical size, the same pixel resolution, but the device reports itself differently.
All of these variations have led us to have to create three different sized screens for “scoring mode” of a game. The Phone mode (Small) should work on any Android device. When you select Large mode, iScore will display either a mid-size scoring display (typically 7” tablets like the original Kindle Fire and the Google Nexus 7) or a full-size scoring display (the large 10” displays like Samsung and Motorola Xoom).
If your device does not look quite right on the scoring screen, try changing to the other mode and see if it works better. It is not possible to support every resolution available as new devices come out every day it seems, but we have done our best to support the most popular brands.
