Scores not matching w iscorecast (answered)

I scored a game that our team won 15-1. It shows we won on the app where I score. But when you go to iscorecast.com it shows the other team beat us 15-1. I don't know how to fix this since it is all correct on my end. Please advise if this can be updated to reflect we actually won. Thank you

I recall this happens sometimes when I had to switch home and away teams right before the game starts and I didn't resynch with iscorecast. Been a while though so you might wait for supports answer.

Although I have Not experienced that before should be easy to fix....

The cause proposes by @ixamnis sounds probable . Did u have to 'swap teams' ?

.. If all correct on your device. Just manually delete and resync the iscorecast

From Iscore handheld Device
Game manager > select game
scroll down on game info screen
delete iscorecast >
sync iscorecast

Should be good after that

If you have a team website be sure to option > export to update web site too
