Frustrated by Android Version (future.feature.request)

Post by rdenis » Tue Jul 19, 2016 11:14 am

I'm frustrated...so I'm going to rant...

I have used iScore for years on Android and it's without doubt the best baseball scoring app available for Android. But it's so annoying the Android version pales in comparison to the feature rich iOS version.

Anytime anyone on this forum asks when will Android get this or when will Android get that, the standard reply is "we don't release information ahead of time on specific updates". No acknowledgement anything the USERS want is even on iScores radar.

Unfortunately, this has been iScore development mantra for years. The app is dated and clunky on Android and falling further behind iOS version each time iOS gets updated. I doubt they will ever be on par with each other.

Anyways, since there is no alternative, I will remain captive to iScore on Android despite knowing how much better it could (and should) be.

I suspect i have posted this before, at risk of repeating my self i will. IScore supports android. Game changer does not. GC dropped android app years ago. There is currerntly no GC android app

iscore baseball on The two platforms contain the same core functionity. The developers support both. Over time developers have introduced some new minor features on each android and iOS. They try to keep the two platforms relatively at same pace. But Some features not as succesful and not ported to
other platform. Android has some minor features not in IOS and likewise iOS some minor features not in android.

Baseball app has been on version 4 on both platforms for couple years as it has matured and other apps and sports have gained most of developers time

It is not an overt slight to android
