HI Iscore

Having trouble understanding the "Scoreboards" usage.

I have selected our summer team and we have played our 1st game.

I selected the team & Dates.

Here is the link that only shows the ISCORE header.

I just tested the scoreboard functionality and seems to be working fine

My guess is you have not enabled iscorecast under options and let device update server


scoreboards ( an optional feature) configured from admin site (my.iscorecentral.com) top menu item "scoreboards"

Has three setting .( please double check)
devices (is your device listed correctly)
Teams (is your team listed correctly)
Options (is date range correct, is number of games set)

On your device
Under options menu Make sure
* iscorcast enabled
* Data synchronization enabled
* Have valid internet connection

For each game you at game info screen, scroll down and you can force iscorecast synchronization update


You can also force an update to server
Option > Export


Let us know if not resolved

Thank you for responding so quickly.

I used "IScorecast" from my tablet and "Exported the game.

I don't know how to add a picure to the post.

I have selected the team....Date...Save......Then nothing. I beleive the Scoreboard would be on the bottom of the screen.

I also copy the "LINK" and all I get is the ISCORE Logo.

If you have exported and made sure iscorecast games are published / synchronized

I am going to suggest, that you create a new scoreboard . It only takes a couple minutes . I Can not explain explain why but I can replicate a similar blank you get when I try and change teams. But If I create a new scoreboard it works,


So create a new scoreboard.
Name it as you want
Make sure your device is listed in left column ( if you have multiple devices listed that is ok - leave for now and clean up later after proved it works).
Add your team from pick list in middle column ( if it double lists, ok for now) .
Right column Default Dates and number to show should be ok for now . Clean up later

Hit save

Did you Get a preview With games?

If so, there you go. Use that new scoreboard

I hope the link to PhotoBucket worked.

I followed your steps and can't get the 1 and only game.

The single game was on June 21, 2016

I don't know why it won't list the game ?

I can view the 'Game" score sheet and stats.

1 ) the screen shot is great

2) I can see what is wrong

You do not have iscorecast 'published'
(No radio tower icon on the third column of icons top right of screen in game row


3) make sure you are connected to Internet
Turn on option> iscorecast

4) sync IScorecast
Game manager > select game> scroll down > synch

5.. May need to create new scoreboard from scratch

It is working. I never noticed the "I-Score Sychronize" at the end of the Game Info

I am glad we solved

as you can expect iscorecast sync is critical

You should make sure and enable iscorecast in options and set up automatic sync
Under options > synchronization

By the way in my earlier post I tried to get you to make sure iscorecast all synchronized .. I should have been more descriptive ..

Also. When scoring a game on the scoring screen you will see the radio tower icon, it will show how many live viewers you have and also if you tap on it , you can force synchronize w the server. And email a game link

Hi Ohio Tex
Thank you for the update. For the Radio Tower I think I would need to be in a Wireless location ? No Wifi at our ball parks.
I have to wait till I get home to upload to server.

My grandson plays tonight and when I get home I will sync the game and see if the Scoreboard list the game.
