Leagues!

All about using leagues effectively

You have to have the web site team associated with the 2014 league and your 2014 games in your 2014 league.

I suspect all you need to do is assign 2014,2015 and 2016 leagues to your web team and then option export.

Ok guess I'm a little dense. I have a league 2014 WHHS. When select that league and go to games all games are there with stats but if I go to teams the team was not their so I added the team Western Hills. The name is there now but no games or stats. I'm sure I'm doing something wrong when I add the team name to the league that's preventing it from linking to the game information. When I export to current website WHHS 2016 I can see stats for 2015 and 2016 but when I click on the 2014 tab there are no games or stats. Sure it's a simple fix I just haven't found it yet. Please help

It sounds like the games are not associated with the 2014 league. Go to League Manager and turn on the ALL league. Then go to Game Manager, and select one of the games from 2014. Select Leagues from there, and see if the 2014 league is selected. Be sure to select it. Then do an Options -> Export, and that game should then be included on the stats on the website when you select the 2014 league. You can do this for each game you want to include. Just need to do the Game Manager, select game, select Leagues, and check - don't need to export each time. Just do the export when they are all done after that.

Ditto support..

If still having issue, Another thing that may be going on... Multiple teams? . the team web site is linked to a single team (WHHS). That same team must be in all games 2014,2015,2016. It was unclear in your follow up post if your 2014 western hills team Was the same as the 2015 and 2016 team (i.e. unigue in Team Manger).

The principal is the same WHHS team that is associated with the Team web site , must be in any league you want displayed on web site (eg 2014,2015,2016) . And each game for that team you want to see on web site associated to respective leagues. Then option >export to update the servers

If they are actually the same team, you can use the Merge option from team manager, and it will combine the teams into one. Be sure to select the one associated with the team website in the "left" list when doing the merge, and the one you are merging "into" that team (the 2014 team) in the right list.

Just to be safe, you may want to do an Options-> Export first, then try the merge. Examine the data on your device to make sure it looks the way you expect. If it doesn't, you can do an Options -> Import to retrieve the last export and overwrite the merge.

A big point to note, a team web site can only be associated with one single team in TEAM MANAGER at a time. The computer does not care what you call them in English in team manager but each team in team manager is considered a unigue team to the computer.

Sounds like you have 2 or 3 teams in team manager that you want to combine to 1 and then use leagues to group games by year.

Be careful You can merge them in TEAM MANAGER but you can not 'un merge" so make a backup first just in case (option >export).
