replacing a DH in the line up

Is there a way when a DH is injured and needs to be replaced in the line up to do that and enter DH as the position?

Yes. That is a basic offense substitution.
How to..
Easiest way is tap on the batter icon then tap the batting order slot being replaced at top of screen and then tap the batter coming in from roster list on screen

I understand that...but, when you replace a DH there is NO POSITION listed as DH instead of replacing a position players...where is the "position" of DH on the fielding chart that list all the positions, except a DH...

That is true
But where do you need him to show up as DH ?
He will show up in batting stats but not fielding stats.
He will show up on scorecard in same box as starting DH
