Being in two different leagues

Post by joelpitcher21 » Sat Mar 20, 2010 3:56 pm

Say you have two different leagues, do the all stats go to 0 when you start a different league. OUr team just went down to florida for spring training to play some games, and was wondering if our stats will be rest once we start our regular season games. We would like to see the progression if we could.

If I understand your question correctly, stats are specific to a player. Leagues allow you to see player status on a per league basis, like FLa. tournament, District league, All games.

the Player stats should not be reset. Players get their associations to Leagues through the teams they play on and the teams get their association through the leagues they play in.

The league feature is very powerful and lets you have your cake and eat it too. the answer to both is yes. You can zero them out if you want or see combined if you want, when you want.

You could create a league called PRE SEASON 2010, and one called REGULAR SEASON 2010. For each game, assign them to desired league (pre season, regular season, post season) (you can do this anytime, before or after games are played, ).

if you want to see players stats for both, enable both leagues, if you just wan't to see regular season, turn off preseason league, and enable only regular season ...etc

you can take this even further and create leagues by year to see and filter stats by year, or lifetime or post season etc
