Prior to iScore.. I used a computer based software program that was not as good as iScore, however there was a stat report on First Pitch Strikes.. It would be nice if this were a stat kept on this program.. Maybe I am missing it, but I do not see it on the report?

Please advise or possibly add on next update..

I second the request for first pitch strike...actually I would like to have all count data as in how many of each count did we have and what were batting averages (against) for each count. I would also like to know swinging strikes versus looking strikes - not just on strike 3. Thanks.

Swinging vs Looking Strikes can be recorded on any pitch. For a swinging strike, just touch the strike button and slide your finger up across it (like you are swinging). This will record as a Strike Swinging.

iScore in fact has numerous stats associated with First Pitch Strike, from batter and pitcher perspective

From any stat page on your device tap the gear icon on bottom right and review enabled stats.


For a batter , first pitch strikes (FS) and first pitch swing for a strike (FPSs) are under batting stats

For pitchers, First Pitch Strike (FPS) and first pitch strike percentage (FPS% ) are availble under pitchers stats

For pitchers, There is alao
FsO FIRST STRIKE FIELD OUTS
FsK FIRST STRIKE STRIKEOUTS
FsH FIRST STRIKE HITS
FsBB FIRST STRIKE WALKS

As well as

T01 TOTAL 0-1 COUNTS
S01 0-1 COUNT STRIKES
S%01 0-1 STRIKE PERCENTAGE
E01+ 0-1 COUNT POSITIVE OUTCOME (OUT, K, DT, ERR, FC)
E01- 0-1 COUNT NEGATIVE OUTCOME (HIT, BB, HBP)
