runner out at third before other runner scores

Had this come up and could not figure out how to score it. Bases loaded with two outs. Batter hits a line drive into the gap. Runner on third scores, runner on second heads for home but they cut of the ball and the runner that was on first is tagged out at third before the guy that was on second crossed the plate. How do I get past the screen asking what happened to the guy on second? He wasn't safe (run would have counted) and he wasn't out. Thanks!
