We had to go back in on a previous game and change an error to a hit. We went in and on the edit screen for that play. Single is the only hut that comes up and it should be a double. What do I do? And on another one double is the only hit. Option that comes up when editing a double

The choice will be based on the base the batter wound up at. You will not be able to modify a reach on error to a double. But if you originally enter a Double, you can change it to a Single + Error when editing.

You will have to manually override the stats for anything where the batter winds up at a different base than originally entered. Here is a link that describes post game editing in more detail (Including how to override stats):
