InPlay
Fielder's Choice - then locate how and where the ball was hit
touch each fielder involved in the play - Done
{what happened to the runner on 1st?}
Out - Second - Force
Batter - held up

Score book will show FC6-4 (assuming 6-4 putout) this is the only way to do it. Otherwise it will show as a FO2 - credit to the catcher.

Even though we may disagree on the actual scoring of a FC, iScore cannot score it any other way.
Best to make a note and update stats manually after the game. :(

Just to reiterate what mprusak said upthread about MLB rules, this situation is not scorer's judgment. If a preceding runner is forced out, (i.e. runner at first is put out at second due to the batter/runner advancing towards first), then it is an FC and no hit EVEN IF the batter/runner could not be put out.
