2 Programs Loading to Ipad

Post by Sparticus » Wed Mar 03, 2021 5:36 pm

I have an iPad and when I click to update the program to the latest one a whole complete new and different update is installed. So I now have 2 Iscore programs loaded. The new one has no games or info. My "old" one is fine.

How do just update my old version?

Thanks,
Sparticus

Okay, what I did was since it was the same iPad was to treat the new program (#2) a new device. I performed a Manage Data Transfer by registering the new account to the same email as the "old" account or program #1. This performed a bulk transfer of everything into the "new" account. I registered both devices to the same email which shows both accounts on your my iscore central web page.

Is this resolved ? Or an open question in there?

( I am not monitoring this board as frequently )

Yes, I was able to migrate all the data to the new updated program at that time.
Hi, yeah I know the forum is not what it used to be and is left unattended at times.
