The last play in the Yankees vs. Orioles top of first inning today: runner at first. Full count. Runner stealing. Ball batted and hits runner going from first to second. By rule, runner is out by batted ball (since hasn’t crossed position player other than pitcher).
The only option I saw to score this was: in play, fielders choice, runner out with hit by batted ball.
It didn’t seem right showing this as a fielders choice, but I couldn’t find any other way to show that the ball was a pitch, and hit in play and runner was hit by the batted ball.
Did I score this play correctly or any recommendations on how to score this play?

Yes you scored it correctly. The batter is given a fielder's choice by rule. The closest fielder to the runner is credited with a put out.
