iPad restore

Post by amysladetanner » Fri Apr 18, 2014 9:05 am

I use iscore on my iPad. Unfortunately, I am locked out of my iPad and need to reset it. Is there a way to retrieve my data before I delete and reload? Please let me know. Thanks.

If you have done an Export from iScore, then the data would exist on our servers under your existing customer ID. If you are locked out of your iPad and have not done an export or a backup in iTunes, then we are not sure how you would access your data... that is part of what a lockout would do is prevent access. :) Maybe you can check on Apple forums if there is any way to unlock a device or make a backup of a locked device.

I have done a backup, although I'm not sure how recent it was.

Is my customer if the same for both devices (using the same Apple ID)? If so, my customer number is XXXX (removed by FTMSupport).

Each device will get a unique customer ID assigned. There is no data on our server for the customer ID you sent in the previous message (which we have removed from the message), but if you follow up with us in email with any details you have about your old account (or any email addresses you may have mailed stats to), we can help find your old account and see what is on the iScore servers. (We responded to your email there as well).
