Iscorecasting not working

I've done the iscorecasting for folks for can not make the game in the past but now it's not working. My websit is still active, I have Internet connection and iscorecasting is turned on in my options. I was told by a parent that the game was not showing up on the list in the game tabs when they went to the team webpage. Any idea.

Matter of fact I have future games already entered and my games calendar is up to date and they are not showing up in the games tab along with my last two games that have already been completed. I also just did an export to the server.

Please email your customer ID to support@iscoresports.com and let us know which game it is and we will check our server. Also be sure you are on the newest version of iScore.

I will send you my info. Yes, I have the latest version on my iPad. At least I believe I am being I'm not showing any updates. It's version 3.51.106. My customer user ID is 97FF94227B.

couple trouble shooting tips..
From teh game info screen of game in question (Game Manager > select game) ..

Scroll down and double check you have the correct league assigned
Also force an iscorecast synch (scroll down to see option).
