Revert to last inning
Revert to last inning
We are playing in a league that has hard time stops. Therefore, when the time limit is reached, we revert back to the last completed inning's score. How do you do this in iscore? Ideally, I'd like to keep the stats for the current inning ( I.e., pitching stats, hitting stats, fielding stats, etc...), but just revert back the score. Thanks in advance!

Re: Revert to last inning
You can use Undo to get back to the end of the previous inning. You can't both revert + keep the stats however. You could go in and manually override stats after undoing to the end of the previous innings if you want to keep the stats that have been reverted as well.

Re: Revert to last inning
The 'hard stop' happens a lot in sanctioned softball. technically, you should roll back the stats when you roll back the score "it did not happen".
I appreciate the desire to keep the extra stats history... Because he/she did pitch, did bat, did make that play in the field.. But if you did that, it would be 'your house rule' and not standard practice...
A way to fake it, in iscore, is to undo back to last complete inning and re iscore, that ' fractional inning, using the iscore option to 'not count' runs as you go...

Re: Revert to last inning
Unfortunately in this case you have to lose the stats anyway. If you revert to the last complete inning played, all stats beyond that inning are not recognized. That situation almost happened last weekend when UIC and Texas A&M had a 30-minute rain delay. Instead of calling the game, the game was suspended.
Had the game been called a kid who hit just one home run all of 2011 would have lost (potentially) his first, and maybe his last, home run of the season because of the roll-back rule.
TRANSLATION: If you have to roll back, your players are going to lose those stats anyway, if you are keeping an official, accurate book.

Re: Revert to last inning
again, agree with cpmsms and OT...shouldnt have it both ways. If game was rolled back, anything after that point "didn't happen".
