I bought iScore for my iPad as well as i-Scorecast. When I got my new iPad2 the main program switched to the new machine altho I noticed my customer ID had changed. I can't get my i-Scorecast subscription on the iPad2 though. Is there a way to do so or do I have to pay another $19.99?

Actually I misspoke. The update I want is an add-on called "2011Major League Daily Rosters"

Email the old and new customer IDs to FTM (support@iscoresports.com) and let them know you picked up a new iPad and that you want your 2011 MLB rosters added to the new device. They will do this for free. They can also copy your database over from the old device as well if you want (although if you did a restore from your older device to the new one you already have it).
