Thanks, but I don't have a "register" option under the options button. I have:
skin, iScorecast, TwitterCast, Admin website, data sharing and credits.

When i tapped on Admin website the only option was to create a new website. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, and the same thing occurred.

A I stated earlier, I already did that exactly as stated in the steps and nothing changed.

To reiterate, I already have iScore for the other 3 sports and they are all registered to my main admin ID. When I downloaded the soccer app, it gave me a different admin ID. How do I change the soccer app to be able to be under my main admin ID?

@support.... Does soccer not have " options> register " on the handheld device?

@afjb ... Every device has a unique customer ID . That is by design.. You tie them all together with a single email account....

After you have followed the steps you say you have...
.when you log into the admin web site.... When you select "accout. You should see all your device IDs registered.. Are they all listed? What menu items do you see above account.., (baseball, basketball, football, soccer? )

This will help trouble shoot

We have responded to your email with explicit details, but for anyone reading along... currently you have your first account ID registered to your email address, but your new account ID is not registered to any email address. If you register the new account ID to the same email address as your old account ID (using the steps from the previous link), then both accounts will be registered to the same email address, and you will see both together when logging in to the Admin Website.

When I log in to my admin web site, I only see baseball, basketball and football. No soccer.

If I log in using the admin website credentials within the soccer app (Options - admin website), then I only see soccer.

FYI, only the baseball app has "register" as an option.

OK, I figured it out. I needed to log into my.iscorecentral.com using the admin website credentials from the soccer app. Then I went to the account settings and entered my email. Now logging into my main account, I see soccer along with the others. I didn't realize I had to use a different user ID to start.

Thanks for your patience iScore. That last post is what turned on the light bulb.
