Iscore Soccer application

Post by rtime32 » Tue Aug 20, 2013 3:33 am

I just downloaded the Iscore soccer app to my Ipod. When I launch the app the screen goes black. Is there something i'm missing. I thought is was compatible with the Ipod. Can anyone help?

What version of iOS are you running on your iPod?

It sounds like maybe iScore did not fully install correctly. Try removing iScore and re-installing. It should work fine on an iPod Touch with iOS 6.

Do you know version of iPod Touch you have? We can see if we have the same model to try on as we are not seeing this in our testing.

You can find the version by going to the Settings app, selecting General, then About. There will be a Model field listed on that screen.

I tried 2 different Ipods with the same version and the same result. I feel this is not a hardware issue. If this cannot be resolved how do I go about getting a refund for the app?

Unfortunately we have been unable to reproduce this issue on any devices here. Apple does not give us a way to grant refunds, but you can request one from Apple. Here is a link to Apple's support site:
