18th player showing up as "unknown"

I've created my roster of 18 players and while the names overlap their numbers on the roster list, everyone is showing up. However when I setup a game, the 18th player shows up as unknown on the top left hand side of the field, with 11 players on the field and 6 subs on the bottom of the field. This 18th player was not selected as a starter.

We have submitted a fix for the overlapping name/number issue and Apple should be approving it any day.
The "Unknown" player that shows on the field will always be there, and is used when a play occurs that you don't see who was involved. That way you can still score the play, and edit the "Unknown" player later.
The subs at the bottom can be scrolled left/right if you have more available than will show on the screen.
