Is the email system down? I get an error message that says "Email could not be sent at this time". I need to get it to our paper for print tomorrow morning.

Email server is fine... try this... go to Game Manager, select the game, select Play by Play, then exit out of the Play by Play screen and try sending the email again. If that fails, do an Options -> Export, and email us your customer ID (found on Options screen), and let us know which game you are having trouble emailing and we will take a look. Send email to support@iscoresports.com.

Thanks for quick response! What I did was similar to the fix you mentioned above. I went to the game, hit play and let the last few seconds run off the clock again and exited the game and the email worked after that.
