Penalties on Kickoff Returns

I could not add a penalty in the "live" capture of a kickoff return.

I simply added the penalty [5 yard facemask] after the play, but in other plays I know you can do this while in the play entry.

You have to be careful to avoid having a "free" first down added when recording it this way though.

We could not reproduce this issue. We were able to put in a penalty during a kickoff play just by tapping the penalty button. Is it possible you did not see that the penalty flag is placed at the kickoff line and you have to drag it down the field to where you want to place it?

Hmmph. Color my face red. I can't say for sure, but I'd be willing to bet I just didn't see the flag back at the -40. I'll check more carefully next time, but have to think that it really isn't a bug, just user error.
