Need more generic positions.

For high school and younger leagues especially there needs to be some generic offensive and defensive positions to assign to players. For example just "defensive back" in addition to "strong safety", "free safety"', and "corner back". Another example, there needs to be an option to specify just "linebacker" in addition to all the left, right, middle, inside, outside choices. High school kids are not usually classified so specifically.

Thank you for the suggestion... we will add this to our list. One good thing is you actually do not need to specify the positions in order to keep score. We will likely add features to make more use of positions in future updates, but for now, the position is really just informational.
