Welcome to the Forum

The product has been used by many folks for years with stats totaling correctly. If you want help , you can provide more specific information on what you think is not correct and we can teach you how to correct

If you give more detail we can help more. A common issue on the football app is the way you score running plays - see this link:

From your link I am inputting correctly. This is the second season I used it and didn't notice discrepancy last year. I can look back thru the play by play documentation and everything is there, but when looking at the total rush attempts and yards it is not adding up.

Have been using the baseball app for 4 years and now the second year for football and this is first time have seen an issue.

Welcome to the forum Marty

So the issue is in rushing ... My guess is a miss assignment. You have to figure out where .. And then correct in the editor.
(There are no reports on the forum of similar problem). .. When you go through play by play which is correctly totaled .. Rushing attempts or yardage ?

Neither. Totals say player had 2 carries for 20 yards. When in play by play he had 6 carries for 48 yards. I am hoping it's not in another area as well, but I have a gut feeling it might be defensive tackles as well. It is calculating most of it correctly, just seems to be a player or two with problem.

Love the app, just a little unsure on it now. Last year seemed to work properly.

You may want to consider starting a direct email w support so they can see your dataset directly. Support@iscoresports.com.

Describe your issue, reference this thread AND provide them your device ID for football .

.......
That said.. Here are my next thoughts ...

By chance , Did you make any 'play by play edits' that may not recalculate? You can force 'recalc' by going back into game scoreing screen undo and redo last play and exit back to game info screen..

My original guess was a missed 'player assignment' .. Have you double checked , if player A Is short 4 carries and 28 yards . Is there another player ( or more) who are overstated the 4 carries and 28 yards? I know it can be hard in football to cross check totals for team and then trace back player by player to make sure 'sum up' but that would be a place i would look nect. Did i fat finger a handoff or miss a sub..

Thirdly, a Long shot, as mentioned in the FAQ link provided by support, i assum all 6 carries are normal plays form scrimmage.. Not conversions. as per the faq the carries and yards from conversions are not counted in rushing totals)

For reference I figured this out on my own. It was in the way the plays were scored. Multiple plays were off and each time player had not been tackled. Either in running out of bounds or touchdown. It looked right on screen but would not total correctly.

I will admit, I am disappointed in the product support. Still waiting to hear back from them.

Sorry our support has not responded yet. Sometimes troubleshooting specific scoring examples can be difficult as our support folks were not at the game to see what actually took place, so we are trying to interpret plays that were entered based on something that someone else saw.

We are happy to hear you resolved the issue and will let our support folks know.
