NCAA football rosters..no players found for team

bought the add on so i could get the NCAA football rosters
but when i choose a team to get the roster it says "no players found for team" Ive tried multiple teams with no success
no problem with the NFL teams or getting baseball and softball rosters using Iscore baseball.
help ..the season starts thursday

Can you tell us specifically a team you are trying so we can take a look to see what is going on?

i just got the football version so i am planning the trial run with this thursdays game between South Carolina and Texas AM.. I cannot get rosters for either one of these teams and i tried five more sec teams with no luck.
On the NFL side I noticed that the Tennessee Titans was showing Munchak as the head coach which is last year.
Perhaps I need to do something to update the product?

The NCAA football roster issue should now be fixed.
The head coach is updated for the Titans also, but you would have to delete and re-discover the team to see the updated coach. You can also just manually edit the coach in Team Manager.
