Recalc button

Post by JorgeMascaro » Tue Nov 27, 2012 5:38 am

What is the purpose of the Recalc button? If a game has been recorded and individual plays edited after the game, such as tackles added or kickoff return starts modified, is there a downside to recalculating?

Thanks.

Recalculating is almost never required. When you make edits, the stats are automatically recalculated. On a rare occasion, we may make an update that would require you to use Recalc for new logic to calculate statistics, or if something does not appear right, Recalc can be used to force iScore to recalculate all the statistics for the players. It goes through every event for the game and re-performs all calculations for statistics.
