What can Website do

Post by Tkinross » Sat Aug 20, 2011 4:17 pm

I want to be able to email the play by play or give people the option to log in and see it. How can I do that? On the admin site, it has the games listed but I am not able to see anything about the game. Is that something i should be able to do? If not, can the purchased team website do it?

Actually the "iScorecast" will show the play by play. If you enable the iScorecast capability by going to Options -> iScorecast, then the games you score will be sent up to the scorecast server and can be viewed at http://football.iscorecast.com" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;. If you have already scored the game with iScorecast turned off, you can send the data to the scorecast server still by going to Game Manager, selecting the game, and selecting i-ScoreCast Sychronize on the game info screen.

I have scored three games. One of them shows up, the second one stays on "Retreiving data" forever and the thrid says failed t retreive game from server. Am I doing something wrong? I did not have iscorecast turned on until after the game but I have resychronized about a dozen times since then (as well as export).

The iScorecast Synchronize should have sent the data to the server for your game. If you can email us direct at support@iscoresports.com with your customer ID (found on Options screen in iScore), and a small reminder that this is for the iScorecast for Football, and you are not seeing the 3 games you have scored, we can take a look at your data and see what is going on.

Haven't seen a response to this yet. Have you received the information I emailed? Can you give me an update on the status of info on why my data didn't load?

If we have not responded, we must not have received it... we usually respond very quickly. Can you please try sending again to support@iscoresports.com? We will watch for it. (Sometimes things wind up in our SPAM folder... we try and watch for that to happen, but occasionally one will slip through.)
