PAT time adjustment/Kick off out of bounds/Simulcast stats

Why does a second tick off the clock for every PAT? We fix this after every touchdown. It is quite annoying. I understand it is just a second but we are trying to be as accurate as possible.
What is the best way to score a kick off out of bounds penalty when the team takes the ball at the 35? I ended up just removing the flag and leaving the ball out of bounds. When I do that, the penalty does not show up.
We tried to do the Simulcast this year for a game and one of the complaints was the user wasn't able to see the stats as the game progressed. Is there a way to get those to show or can an enhancement be made?
